The AX will be located at the Liberty Bowl Parking lot (tan lot)

Everyone entering the event site must sign a release & waiver form.
10:00 Tech + Registration cut off. You are responsible for having your car number and class clearly
displayed on your vehicle after Registration.
*Course open for walking when approved and marked.
8:30 - 10:00AM - Technical Inspection
9:00 Registration ends (the online version @0600)
10:15AM - Novice Walk Through
10:30AM - Drivers Meeting
First Car Start - Directly following the Drivers Meeting.
- We will be following this closely as we want to have all runs. Please keep this in mind
when planning to arrive. We are closing registration at 9 AM as late walkups bring too much confusion
- There will be a short Lunch Break, if two run groups. Plan accordingly, i.e. pack a snack, if three groups no special break.
- Online pre-reg discount at motorsportreg. (will run cards Saturday rather than when you pre-reg)
Come on out early. Help your fellow volunteers setup.
