II. ORGANIZATION

This event is governed by the SCCA® HILLCLIMB RULES, SCCA® DRIVER ELIGIBILITY and SCCA® HILLCLIMB SAFETY RULES (Level 2), as amended for 2025 per “FasTrack”. These may be found at: https://timetrials.scca.com/pages/hillclimb. Any deviation from these rules is noted by a black bar to the left of the paragraph. The 2025 Empire Hill Climb Organizing Committee will work together with Detroit Region, SCCA to organize and conduct this event in accordance with the above rules, bulletins and the Supplementary Regulations as published here and on the official event web site: https://empirehillclimb.racing.
